Q:What is a safety mat?Technical specifications of industrial safety mats.

A:

DADISICK safety mats are devices used for floor protection in hazardous areas. They generate a switch signal by detecting sufficient pressure, ensuring area safety. They are reliable, easy to install, and versatile. The safety mats have excellent corrosion resistance to various chemicals such as acids, alkalis, and salts, and are expected to work for more than one million cycles. They are made of special heavy-duty PVC plastic and impact-resistant steel plate structures, preventing delamination and withstanding high-temperature welding slag and wheel rolling. The dynamic load capacity reaches 800-1000Kg. DADISICK safety mats are available in sizes ranging from 300X300mm to 1500X1000mm, and can be customized according to customer protection requirements. They come with two types of safety mat edges: aluminum alloy or yellow PVC edges, installed on an aluminum baseplate with pre-set cable channels.

Safety mat switches are gradually being introduced into various types of production-oriented enterprises and are widely utilized in these businesses.
