How to install the safety edge？

The installation steps of the safety touch edge are briefly as follows:

1. Confirm the installation location: select the edge that needs to be protected, such as automatic doors, lifting platforms, robotic arms, etc.

2. Fix the bracket or rail: fix the touch edge on the surface of the equipment or in the matching aluminum profile groove to ensure that the installation is straight and firm.

3. Avoid excessive bending: avoid sharp angles or too small bending radius on the touch edge during installation to avoid affecting the performance of internal switching components.

4. Reserve activity margin: a certain margin should be left during installation to avoid pulling and breaking the wire during movement.

5. Wiring connection: according to the cable type of the touch edge, connect it correctly to the safety controller or safety relay system.

6. Test function: after installation, perform a pressure test to ensure that the touch edge is sensitive and can correctly trigger the shutdown or alarm function.
